Laurence joined Haygrove Evolution having worked in both wine and fine cider making beforehand. 

Laurence has one unwavering goal: to produce the very best of British wines, both still and sparkling. He loves to understand each customer's objectives and work with them to create wines that achieve their desired style. 

Itso joined Haygrove Evolution in 2017. He is now an integral member of the wine and cider making team, where he continues to  develop a  depth of technical  knowledge in wine and cider making, and provides a hands on service in production.

Tracy is a pivotal member of our team, focusing on customer communication, relationships, and administration.

She's our logistical representative with grape buyers and also ensures the office operates to its full potential! 

Martin Yakovski

Production and Yard Assistant

Martin has been with Haygrove Evolution since 2019 and works as part of the production team to assist in every aspect of the wine and cider making process. He is a much valued member of the team and is a vital support to ensure the Winery functions successfully.
